The following values drive Brandon's creative work:
Be good people
Being good means crafting experiences that are accessible and inclusive so that the people who encounter our work feel welcomed and understood.
Love the land
We are only a temporary part of the world. We will be remembered by the tracks that we leave.* We should do what we can to be good caretakers who pursue sustainable work that improves the planet.
Build community
Drawing people together into a supportive community where we can be challenged by distinct perspectives and recognize divergent expertise not only makes us better creatives, it leads us to become better people.
Make it weird
A world where everyone looks alike and every town looks like the next is the stuff of nightmares. Our work should disrupt the expected by amplifying the diverse, lovable aspects of the communities we live in and people we work with.
